Our experienced instructors specialize in different modes of yoga and offer a variety of classes for individuals of all levels and abilities. We are dedicated to bringing health and wellness resources to the community and creating a space where people of all backgrounds can practice yoga and improve their overall well-being. Our Practice

All Level Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa

"All levels" classes are in the Vinyasa yoga style and follow the Kripalu Center philosophy.  Vinyasa yoga dates back to the origins of yoga thousands of years ago,  Each class is unique.  It contains sets of poses connected to (or flowing into) each other by transition poses following the breath.  The Kripalu approach emphasizes "moving at your own pace, self-acceptance and adaptability".  

The practice is accessible to students of all ages and backgrounds; from beginners to seasoned practitioners alike.  Focus is on proper alignment, sustainable movement and tension releasing breathing.   Each session improves strength, flexibility, balance and can provide a cardiovascular option if the student wishes. 

Healthy Seeds

Mindful Flow

MINDFUL FLOW classes are typically slower than Vinyasa, incorporating fewer postures, but held for longer. In these open-level classes you will be led through a breath-focused sequence of fundamental poses which invite you to tune into the subtle energy flowing within you.

Yin/Restorative

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.

Yin targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.

DDPYoga

DDPY Fitness

Developed by former professional wrestler, Diamond Dallas Page, DDPY is a combination of traditional yoga positions, old-school calisthenics, sports rehabilitation therapy principles, and Dynamic Resistance. Dynamic Resistance teaches you how to engage your muscles during every aspect of the workout by slowing down, resisting, or pressing against, each move. You add the tension, as though you are moving your arms through clay. This combination gives you an aerobic low-impact workout, and adds strength and endurance to everything you do. You’ll strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, turn fat into lean muscle and increase your heart rate
